The Kivalliq Trade Show is proud to facilitate the Kivalliq Entrepreneur Program that runs simultaneously during the Trade Show week. Participants are selected through an application process and come from across the Kivalliq communities.

Exhibitors come on in! Set up time for booths is between 8AM to 10AM. Get your morning coffee/tea in our networking area - ready for you while you are setting up your booth.

Limited printed services and Wi-Fi passwords are available for registered delegates/exhibitors. Got a question? Ask us at the Registration Desk. If we don't know the answer we will find out for you!
We ask that you wear your name badge at all times. This is your ticket to networking breaks, luncheons, Community Entertainment Evening and the Wednesday Presentation Day
Stroll on over to the Siniktarvik Hotel for your lunch! Trade show floor is closed from noon to 1:15PM. We'll secure and monitor the trade show floor area throughout the lunch hour so you can enjoy a break away from the trade show floor.
Trade Show Floor open at 1:15PM to registered delegates and exhibitors. The general public is invited to check out the trade show floor from 3PM to 5PM. Exhibitor draw will be made at 4:30PM
Come to MUI for an evening of entertainment. Double the Trouble will perform as well we will highlight local performers and our regional fashion designers in our annual Fashion Show!
The event is free to registered delegates wearing their name badges or $5 at the door. All door proceeds go to a local fundraising group. General public is invited and welcome - $5 per person at the door.
Come enjoy the highlight of the trade show week. Special 10th anniversary entertainment, a fantastic meal, and our annual Auction (silent, and live auction).
If you have any items for the auction please drop off to the registration desk anytime Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday.
